Hi, I'm David Rojas!
I received my undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and I trained as a specialist in packaging at Alpina, the most important food products company in Colombia. I worked there for 5 years before moving to Australia. I have worked in packaging for both local and global markets, with heavy involvement in strategic, sustainability, and innovation projects.
I have led branding, packaging, and structural packaging projects from an interdisciplinary perspective, successfully integrating graphic and structural design from the stages of ideation, development, and implementation of packaging for mass-consumption products. These projects covered categories such as dairy foods, beverages, juices, cheeses, ice creams, desserts, and baby food.
I possess knowledge of packaging technologies, printing processes, materials, and manufacturing processes for flexible, rigid, semi-rigid, corrugated, and paper-based packaging.
